Jim Goldman Wallace B. Smith testimony
i consider myself to be an orthodox member of the RLDS church. I am a fourth generation member of the church. I was baptized at the age of 8 by my Grandfather and Grand Uncle. My Grandfather who was a High Priest also blessed me as a bab...y and married me over 12 years ago. My father is a priest and attends a Remnant branch in Blue Springs with my mother. For me, I attend a Baptist church here in Riverside, CA. I do so becuase I believe that it is the will of the Lord, that he may use me to share the fullness of the gospel with those I meet each Sunday. As far as scriptures are concerned, I believe in the IV of the Bible, the 1908 version of the BoM and the D&C up Woman in the Priesthood. My personal statement of Faith: I believe that it is the responsibility of members of the Lord's church to build Zion in a physical sense as well as spiritual. I believe that we should be about our Father's business and be working convincing the Jews that Jesus is the true Messiah. Finally, I accept the Epitome of Faith as written by Joseph Smith. David Donoghue "and the D&C up Woman in the Priesthood. " - thats interesting....most people I know of who reject Section 156 tend to also reject everything of Wallace and also of his father, but if I read this correctly, you are ok with WW, and also with Wallace up to and including 155, is that correct?

Jim Goldman What I was trying to say is that 156 was the point in my life where the church went off the rails. I was like 14. Up to that point the church was still good. I was young.

Jim Goldman Dream about Wallace B. Smith the Prophet:
I believe that it is a slippery slope when people simply reject a person or a message because of who they are. When I was in high school, I had a dream that I believed to be spiritual in which Wally B came back to the Lord. That the Lord ...was going to set his house in order and that Wally B would be a part of it.Now that dream happened over 20 years ago so things could have changed. My point is that people can change and repent. I believe that should the leadership of the RLDS church were to do this, that the Lord would restore his authority in his church once again.
