I believe in the end Ahsoka ends up (when they are both much older) with Rex and Lux ends up with some lady he meets, other than Ahsoka, who isn't Saw Gerrera's Sister, because she dies in Clone Wars 5X5, who is already married to Lux by the Imperial Era, which is why Ahsoka does not marry him.
